It was less than two years ago that the Republican Teabaggers — totally controlled by megalomaniacal mega-billionaire brothers — or maybe they’re really gay lovers? — Charles and David Koch — managed to get 50 of their ilk elected to the United States Congress. And when the Kochsuckers’ pet pols first convened in Washington to celebrate at the end of 2010, the first thing they all did — each and every one of them — was swear an oa th that none of them would ever, under any circumstances, accept campaign contributions from lobbyists.
For the next 20 months — up until today — these same Republican Teabaggers have spun themselves into contortions trying to do the bidding of Charlie and Davie Koch and their fellow billionaires — by doing absolutely every single thing that was asked of them by any corporate lobbyist whosoever.
Well, it’s payback time now and every one of those 50 Teabaggers elected to Congress in 2010 is now among the top 60 fundraisers — from corporate lobbyists — from among more than 800 congressional candidates. So much for their promises!
Now that all these Kochsuckers are beginning to show their true colors by wallowing in the lobbyists’ financial trough, it is time for every Amerikkkan — and even every American — who was suckered into supporting these extreme-right-wing Teabagger morons to give his or her head a shake and ask himself or herself how they could ever have possibly been so stupid.
How they could ever have possibly been so stupid, however, is really a rhetorical question. The real wonder is how anyone raised in Amerikkka can possibly not grow up to be stupid.
They have a public education system — totally controlled by the Top One Percent — whose real goals are not to educate or inform students but to brainwash, miseducate, misinform and disinform, filling their young, impressionable, developing minds with all kinds of pure right-wing bullshit and conditioning them to be jingoistic (“rah, rah Amerikka!”) so-called “patriots.”
They have a mainstream mass-media edifice — also totally controlled by the Top One Percent — designed to keep the American masses — the Other 99 Percent — the poor, the working class and the middle class — brainwashed, semi-literate and totally ignorant about anything that goes on in the world outside of the U.S. of A.
And they have a pernicious rabble of so-called “Christian conservative” jack-in-the-pulpits equally committed to keeping their individual flocks perpetually turning the other cheek so that the Top One Percent can slap it too.
With such massive control of all the facilities for educating, informing and influencing the masses, and control of most of the money in Amerikkka, however, it is highly likely that the Republican Teabagger thugs will be highly successful in preventing the absolute decimation and destruction the Republican Teabaggers deserve this November.
In fact, it is even highly likely that they will get moron Republican Teabagger presidential candidate Mitt Romney elected to the White House, despite the fact Romney’s own entire private-sector career of self-enrichment was built on destroying the jobs of tens of thousands of other Americans — all much more worthy than him.
