The inevitability of global social unrest

The Top One Percent seems to be rather mystified as to why they’re sensing a rising tide of social unrest around the world. The reason is simple: The insatiable greed and the subtle violence of the Top One Percent has simply tamped down the Other 99 Percent so much over the past 30 years that they are simply being crushed under the weight of it all.
Last week, approxiamtely 1,000 formal participants and another 2,600 “approved” corporate CEOs gathered in Davos, Switzerland to discuss the socioeconomic state of the world and whether today’s form of vulture corporate capitalism can be sustained. Scant attention was actually paid to either issue.
This week, the 17 leaders of the Eurozone countries, along with their elaborate coteries of flunkies and attendants, are meeting in Brussels, Belgium – which was shut down today by a general strike. Top of the agenda is whether Germany could and should appoint a cadre of gangster banksters to take over control of Greece’s sovereign (government) fiscal powers.
And in mid-May, the leaders of the G8 and G20 and other invited guests and their massive coteries will assemble in Chicago.
The first of these largely covert summits was a total bust in terms of dealing with what will ultimately have to be dealt with – the distribution of wealth, income and power both within countries and among countries. And the other two summits are equally likely to totally skirt the real issues that should and must, sooner or later, be addressed.
The Rich have so screwed-over The Rest over the past 30 years that they have finally brought the world to the precipice of economic annihilation.
It is only the unwillingness of the Top One Percent – the mega-millionaires, billionaires and mega-billionaires – the platinum-spoon babies, the gangster banksters and the captains of casino corporate capitalism – and their myriad puppet political prostitutes to face up to the monstrous reality they have created that is delaying the inevitable global socio-politico-economic transformation.
It was both shocking and, at the same time, unsurprising that one of the hosts felt compelled to wind up the conclave with an admonition to governments around the world to act more quickly to end Occupy-style protests.
While most of them still seem too obtuse to fathom why Occupy came about and why it will continue and fluorish, the Top One Percent is finally beginning to sense that some changes are going to be forced on them – sooner or later, including:
1) An end to corporate personhood, not only in the U.S. but around the world; 2) An end to U.S.-led invasions and occupations of beleaguered Third World countries for the sole purpose of advancing Amerikkkan global hegemony and further enriching the billionaires of the criminal worldwide energy cartel; 3) A total, global debt jubilee, wiping out all existing legal debts and resetting the economic status quo; 4) Massive increases in government spending on health care, education and social programs; 5) An end to so-called “free trade” on corporate terms; and 6) A massive redsitrubtion of wealth, income and power from the Top One Percent to the Other 99 Percent, and, especially, to the bottom 50 percent.
