Watching the unfolding of the United States’ congressional debate over health-care reform would be comical if it weren’t so tragic.
Universal, single-payer, comprehensive health care is a no-brainer for any advanced industrial country except, of course, the U.S.
It is evident to all but the no-brains in the U.nited States Senate and House of Representatives and the corporate lobbyists who make the politicians all rich that transforming that country’s health-care system into a universal, single-payer, comprehensive plan would benefit almost everyone.
